A Bird In The Hand Contest From EncinoMom (WIN FREE PartyLite product!)

Watch the Qigong video: Daily Cup Of Chi below and tell us how many birds fly past the lens.

Use the entry form on the top right side of the home page for a chance to win this nature inspired Sabor Isleño Warmer from PartyLite to satisfy your yen for Zen.

I'm sure I'm supposed to write a bunch of rules in tiny print here like, void where prohibited and winner chosen by random drawing, odds of winning depend on number of correct entries received by the contest end date (October 31, 2010, midnight PST), no purchase necessary, all decisions final (and dependent on who's in my kitchen when we do the drawing). I don't know, I'm not a lawyer. Oh, how 'bout all applicable taxes and shipping costs are winner's responsibility (local delivery is FREE) and if you're my mom, sister, best friend or you work here, you can help spread the word, but you can't enter to win! lol

Have fun and good luck!

And The Winner Of The StellaDot Cupchain Earrings is: Drum roll please. . . . Jennifer McKinnon!

Congratulations to savvy mom Jennifer McKinnon of Calabasas, CA!

Not only did she find the flaw in this video and submit a correct entry to EncinoMom, she is the lucky winner (by random drawing) of these great Ava Cupchain earrings by Stella & Dot! Yeah!

Did you see it, too? It was the lone earring on display near the end of the video. Don't worry if you missed it, we have a new contest starting today!

Join Antoinette Rohner as she welcomes you with a Daily Cup Of Chi in this new video from EncinoMom. This 6 minute video takes you through one of the basic movements of Qigong, a 5000 year old Chinese health practice. If you are not familiar with Qigong, you may have heard of Tai Chi. If these disciplines were a tree, Qigong would be the trunk and Tai Chi would be a branch. Enjoy this meditative journey inside yourself with Antoinette as your guide. You'll thank me later. :)
