EncinoMom Catches Up With Effervescent Owner of My Bunny And Me, Linda Mallut
Raising money for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society with mink dot soft bunnies keeps Linda Mallut of My Bunny And Me hopping. EncinoMom's Lisa Keating finds out what fur, fundraising and FaceBook have in common! These adorable, super soft, bunnies make great gifts for children and adults, too. If you'd like to get involved you can visit Linda at www.MyBunnyAndMe.com where you can contribute or establish a fundraiser for your own pet project.
Special thanks to homeowners Bill and Leanne Dodge for graciously opening their home to us. Did you love it? Are you looking to move to Encino? It's for sale! See more at www.5035Odessa.com

Zucchini Recipe: What To Make When The Zucchini Genie Visits
The largest zucchini on this platter is 22 inches long and 14 inches in circumference! This visit from the "Zucchini Genie" sparked a new recipe:
3 medium zucchinis, shredded into
6 beaten eggs with
1 cup of Feta cheese,
freshly ground pepper and nutmeg - to taste
Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 40 minutes!
I served this for lunch with buttered sourdough toast, breakfast sausage and slices of home grown tomatoes. Delicious.
