Join Antoinette Rohner as she welcomes you with a Daily Cup Of Chi in this new video from EncinoMom. This 6 minute video takes you through one of the basic movements of Qigong, a 5000 year old Chinese health practice. If you are not familiar with Qigong, you may have heard of Tai Chi. If these disciplines were a tree, Qigong would be the trunk and Tai Chi would be a branch. Enjoy this meditative journey inside yourself with Antoinette as your guide. You'll thank me later. :)

Thanks to original owner, Retired Fire Captain, Paul A. Tremblay for welcoming us with his pristine red & white 54 Chevy. In this video, you'll see some of the hot rods here on opening night as EncinoMom finds a family with four classic cars at the competition and car show. Special thanks to John and Kim Trout for sharing their passion for cruising and taking EncinoMom's Lisa Keating for a spin around town in Kim's 69 "Hugger Orange" Rally Sport convertible Camero.

Food, entertainment and fun for the whole family take over the entire area from Stater Borthers and City Hall to Meadowbrook Park. Come check out the cars as they cruise the course and compete for prizes.
